How to Register
Registration is handled through Arlo, our online training management system. Here’s how it works:
1. Browse available dates
Click the button above or visit our Arlo upcoming classes page to see all currently scheduled sessions, including dates, times, and locations.
2. Select a session
Choose a session that works for your schedule. Click on it to see full details — location, instructor, prerequisites, and what to bring.
3. Complete your registration
Register and pay securely through Arlo. You’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need for the training day.
Helpful Registration Information
Group enrollments & invoicing
Enrolling multiple staff members from your organization? We offer invoicing for group registrations and can discuss private blended classes for small teams, including groups as small as four. Contact us before registering and we’ll set up the right payment and scheduling arrangement for your team.
Employer reimbursement
If your employer reimburses training costs, your Arlo registration confirmation and receipt provide the documentation you’ll need. Contact us if you need an invoice in a specific format.
Cancellation, transfers, and day-of details
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Doug@CompassionateLearningInstitute.com. Cancellations received at least 30 calendar days before the course start may be eligible for a refund or credit. Cancellations received less than 30 calendar days before the course start but before the event starts are eligible for credit only. Cancellations after the event starts, no-shows, and partial attendance are not eligible for refunds or credits.
If CLI cancels or reschedules a course, registrants may choose a transfer to a future session, a credit valid for one year, or a refund.
Your confirmation email includes the class address, arrival time, and day-of details. If you need help before class, contact Doug@CompassionateLearningInstitute.com.

CLI can schedule private blended Mandt classes for small teams, including groups as small as four, and may be able to come onsite or to a home-based training location.
